SHE works together with lawyers to provide counseling about matters such as inheritance, domestic violence, honor killings, abandonment, forced marriage, human trafficking and divorce.
SHE also provides information about the law concerning residence in The Netherlands, how to obtain residence documents and the rights and obligations of foreigners. SHE has years of experience in residence permit application procedures. The Dutch government provides tailored regulations for victims of human trafficking and domestic violence. These victims, even if entered the country 'illegally', will be provided shelter and protection by the government, and a possibility to obtain a temporary residence permit.
SHE can also be of assistance with matters in tax-paying, conflicts at work, unemployment benefits, UWV, WOZ, ground lease (erfpacht), WOZ and in dealings with the IND.
